Digging
up your yard, place of business or streets can be
very costly and cause some serious damage. The work
that has to be done afterwards to get your property
back in shape is even time consuming and costly.
We have a way to avoid the hassles of the excavation
process. It’s called Trenchless Sewer Repair.
This is simply a stint for your pipe. By using a
resin soaked fiberglass liner wrapped around a bladder,
we can push or pull it into place and expand it using
air pressure and cover the break or area of infiltration.
No digging is necessary. If a line needs to be completely
relined we can do that too. We can clean the line
as well as possible and then just reline the host
pipe essentially providing a brand new 1/8 inch to ¼ thick
liner. This liner carries a 50 year guarantee and
will restore the structural integrity of the existing
line.
Advanced Drain Cleaning
Drain
cleaning is not new technology but the way we do
it is. For years, the traditional ways of cleaning
sewers and drains has been utilizing mechanical rodding
equipment with long lengths of steel cable or rods
to penetrate blockages. Although this is still an
effective way to open a sewer it does not always
do the best job. We have seen many sewers cleaned
with this method and have left behind roots or debris.
This is because mechanical rodding can open a sewer
enough for it to work but may not always clean it
thoroughly. Hydro jet rodding uses specialized nozzles
with high flow and high pressure to completely clear
and clean pipelines. In cases of heavy root intrusion
or hard blockages, a rotating nozzle can be used
to cut away anything in its path and flush it out.
Video
Inspection
As mentioned under the equipment
section of our site, we are able to provide video
inspections for various pipe diameters. For pipe
sizes smaller than 8 inches we use a “push” style
camera with 200 feet of push rod. This gives us
a straight view of the pipe and can navigate several
bends to view the most intricate parts of a sewer.
We can copy the media to just about any format
such as DVD, USB, Email and even upload it to a
specially designed website that will host your
own jobsite video and pictures.
In
addition to the push camera for smaller lines, we
have the ability to inspect larger diameter pipe
up to 80 inches. Using a “crawler” style
camera we can send a robotic transport with a pan
and tilt camera head attached to it into the pipe.
This allows us to drive the camera down the line
and look at the condition of the pipe by turning
the camera head in any direction and zooming in on
problem areas for a closer look. This media can also
be captured in several formats. This system can inspect
up to 1000 feet at a time.
Chemical Treatments

effective way to prevent drainage problems. We offer
a wide assortment of products that can be used in
homes and commercial applications. Root and odor
control products are provided for homeowners and
items such as grease control chemicals, injection
systems and urinal products are supplied to commercial
accounts. Our company has partnered with Pro Clean
and RootX to provide only the best and most advanced
chemical treatment products on the market today.
No other drain company can provide this level of
service.
